When Veridian partnered with Del Vento & Co., our vision was to create a workplace that felt warm, welcoming, and highly functional while reflecting the company's professional identity. Rather than designing a traditional corporate office, we focused on creating a series of spaces that each served a unique purpose, yet worked together as one cohesive experience.
From inviting lounge areas and collaborative meeting spaces to custom millwork and beautifully appointed private offices, every detail was selected with intention to create an office that feels timeless, sophisticated, and inspiring.
A Warm Welcome
First impressions matter, and we wanted Veridian's entrance to immediately communicate warmth, confidence, and sophistication.
For the reception seating area, our vision was to create a rich, moody atmosphere through a monochromatic design approach. Instead of relying on bold contrasts, we layered warm earth tones throughout the walls, lounge seating, area rug, millwork, and decorative accessories to create depth and texture.
The monochromatic palette allows every material to shine, creating a space that feels calm, elevated, and memorable. It welcomes clients with the comfort of a boutique hotel lobby while providing employees with a relaxed place to gather throughout the day.
It's proof that sometimes the most impactful spaces aren't the loudest, they're the ones that quietly invite you to stay a little longer.
A Conference Room Designed for Collaboration
The conference room serves as one of the most important gathering spaces within the office.
BEFORE
The conference room and lunch area originally shared one large, open space. We reimagined the layout by dividing it into two dedicated areas, creating a more functional and intentional use of the space.
Whether it's brainstorming with colleagues, meeting with clients, or celebrating company milestones, we wanted this room to feel polished without sacrificing comfort.
A custom wood conference table anchors the space, paired with warm caramel leather seating that adds richness and sophistication. Oversized artwork introduces texture while maintaining a clean, understated aesthetic, allowing conversations to remain the focus.
The result is a meeting space that feels professional, inviting, and timeless. A room designed to encourage collaboration while leaving a lasting impression on everyone who walks through the door.
Custom Millwork for the Lunch Area
One of our favorite spaces within the Veridian office is the employee lunch area. A place designed to encourage employees to step away from their desks, recharge, and connect throughout the day.

An empty corner, reimagined with custom millwork.
Rather than treating this space as simply a kitchenette, we envisioned it as an extension of the office experience. Custom white oak millwork anchors the room, providing generous storage while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic. Open floating shelves create opportunities to layer in décor and greenery, adding warmth and personality to the space, while integrated appliances keep everything streamlined and functional.
To complete the space, we introduced several small round café tables paired with beautiful blue chairs. While the overall office embraces a warm, neutral palette, these seating areas provide a subtle pop of color that brings energy and personality into the room. The soft blue upholstery creates a welcoming environment that encourages casual conversations, collaboration, or simply enjoying a quiet coffee break away from the desk.
The finished space feels less like a traditional office break room and more like a boutique café that is comfortable, refined, and thoughtfully designed for the people who use it every day.
Private Offices with Purpose
The Veridian office includes four private offices, each thoughtfully designed to support different ways of working while maintaining one cohesive design language.
BEFORE
Starting with a clean slate, we transformed the executive office into a space designed for both focus and connection.
Three of the offices share the same layout, furnishings, and finishes, creating consistency throughout the workplace. Warm wood furniture, layered textures, curated artwork, and carefully styled shelving provide each team member with an environment that feels professional, comfortable, and inspiring.
The fourth office serves as the executive office and was designed to feel more expansive while staying true to the overall aesthetic. In addition to a custom workspace, we incorporated a dedicated seating area that offers a comfortable setting for informal meetings, client conversations, or moments of quiet focus throughout the day.
By repeating materials and finishes while allowing the executive office its own identity, we created a workspace that feels unified without becoming repetitive.
