Elevated, Intentional, and Built to Perform: A Clubhouse turned into a Co-Working Space
Designing a workspace today is about more than just functionality, it’s about creating an environment that feels as good as it looks and serves the people who use it every day. For this Co-working space, our goal was to strike the perfect balance between professionalism, comfort, and inspiration. Creating a space that supports both staff operations and enhances the experience for residents.
From spatial planning to material selections, every detail was approached with intention. The result is a cohesive, thoughtfully designed environment that feels welcoming, elevated, and highly functional for the entire community.
A Statement Entry That Sets the Tone
First impressions matter, especially in a shared community space. The entryway was designed to immediately communicate warmth and sophistication, setting the tone for residents and guests alike.
A large-scale wood feature wall acts as a striking focal point, introducing natural texture and architectural interest from the moment you walk in. This design element transforms the entry into a true moment of arrival, elevating the overall experience while creating a sense of comfort and refinement that reflects the quality of the community.

Designed for Connection and Everyday Use
Because this space serves residents, it was essential to create areas that feel approachable, flexible, and easy to use. The collaborative seating area offers a comfortable setting for casual conversations, informal meetings, or simply a place to pause.
The hot desk workspace provides a more structured environment for residents who may need a place to work remotely or handle day-to-day tasks. By thoughtfully balancing open and functional zones, the layout supports a variety of needs while maintaining a cohesive and welcoming feel throughout.

A Sleek and Functional Conference Room
One of the most impactful transformations in this project was the reimagining of the conference room. What was once a full kitchen has been completely reworked into a sleek, modern meeting space that better serves the needs of both staff and residents.
The room now features a clean, polished aesthetic, anchored by light steel blue rolling chairs that introduce a subtle layer of color while maintaining a professional tone. A large glass enclosure and door system adds a contemporary edge, with the ability to transition from clear to privacy mode, offering flexibility between openness and discretion depending on the use.
This transformation not only elevated the look of the space but significantly improved its functionality within the clubhouse.

Private Spaces That Support Focus
In addition to open and shared areas, we designed a private office that offers a quiet, refined setting for focused work. This space maintains the same elevated design language while prioritizing comfort, efficiency, and functionality.
Private phone booths were also incorporated throughout the clubhouse co-working space, giving both staff and residents access to quiet areas for calls, virtual meetings, or moments of concentration, an essential feature in a multi-use environment like this.
A Kitchenette That Blends Style and Utility
Equally transformative was the reconfiguration of the kitchenette. What was once a small maintenance closet has been thoughtfully redesigned into a functional and visually impactful amenity for everyday use.
Custom wood cabinetry brings warmth and continuity, while the deep green tile backsplash adds richness and contrast, turning this once-overlooked area into a standout feature. Integrated appliances and a built-in coffee station make the space as practical as it is beautiful, perfect for both quick breaks and daily use by staff and residents.
