The transformation at The Timeless Revival continues, and with each visit, we see more of the design vision coming to life. What was once a collection of plans, finish selections, and inspiration images is quickly becoming a fully realized home layered with warm materials, thoughtful details, and a balance of timeless and contemporary elements.

We’ve been keeping you updated throughout the process, and this latest progress report gives you a closer look at some of the spaces that are really beginning to take shape.

The Bathrooms: Tile, Texture & Custom Details

One of the most exciting parts of this phase has been watching the bathrooms come together. Tile has been installed throughout several of the spaces, creating a strong foundation for each room's individual personality.

From rich, moody tilework to softer, more playful patterns, each bathroom was designed to feel unique while still connecting to the overall aesthetic of the home. The shower enclosures are also beginning to make a major impact, adding another layer of texture and refinement to the spaces.

We’re especially excited about the way the tile, plumbing fixtures, vanities, and glass enclosures are working together. These are the details that will ultimately make each bathroom feel intentional and complete.
Exterior Progress & The Backyard

Outside, the home is continuing to take shape beautifully. The exterior architecture, warm wood soffits, terracotta roof details, black-framed windows, and clean stucco create the perfect foundation for the more contemporary interiors.

The backyard is also starting to feel like a true extension of the home. The large-format pavers and landscaping are helping to define the outdoor space while maintaining the relaxed, elevated feel we envisioned for The Timeless Revival.

There is still more to come, but even at this stage, the exterior is already giving us a glimpse of how special the finished home will feel.

Lighting Details Are Coming to Life

Lighting is one of those elements that can completely transform a space, and we’re beginning to see that happen throughout Casa Del Vento.

Pendants, sconces, and recessed flush-mount lighting have been installed, bringing the design plans into the physical space. We carefully selected lighting throughout the home not only for function, but also as an important design element.

From decorative sconces that add character to more subtle recessed lighting that allows the architecture and finishes to take center stage, every fixture was selected to complement the surrounding materials.

Exterior & Backyard Progress

The exterior of The Timeless Revival is also coming together beautifully. The combination of crisp stucco, warm wood, terracotta roof details, and black-framed windows creates a timeless architectural backdrop that complements the interiors.

In the backyard, the paving and landscaping are beginning to define the outdoor spaces and create a natural extension of the home. Even while construction is still underway, you can already get a sense of how the finished exterior will feel relaxed, sophisticated, and welcoming.

The Kitchen Is Taking Shape

The kitchen is another area where we're really starting to see the vision come together.

The millwork, countertops, and hardware have now been installed, and these elements are making a huge difference in the overall look and feel of the space. The cabinetry provides the architectural foundation, while the countertops and hardware add the layers of warmth and detail that make the kitchen feel truly custom.

For the kitchen, mudroom, and pantry hardware, we had the pleasure of collaborating with the wonderful Hendel & Hendel. Their hardware selections bring such a beautiful level of detail to these spaces, and we can’t wait to share the full view of the finished hardware with you.

This is one of those moments in a project where all of the individual selections start to make sense together and we’re loving how it’s coming together.

A Moody Moment: The Formal Living Room

One of the most distinctive spaces in this project is the formal living area.

For this room, we wanted to create something that felt moody, warm, and completely unique. We paneled the walls in a beautiful walnut tone, creating an enveloping backdrop that gives the room a sense of depth and character.

To take the concept even further, we color-matched the ceiling to the walls, essentially drenching the entire space in the same rich tone. The result is an intimate, dramatic room that feels both sophisticated and unexpected.

This is one of our favorite examples of how thoughtful material and color choices can completely change the feeling of a space.

The Details That Make a Home

Beyond the larger spaces, we're also seeing some of the smaller details that make the home feel increasingly complete.

A beautiful farmhouse sink has been installed in the laundry and mudroom, adding both function and character to the space. In the bar area, a gorgeous brass faucet brings in another warm metallic element and adds just the right amount of contrast.

These may seem like small details, but they are an important part of the overall design. Our goal throughout The Timeless Revival has been to create a home where every element, from the major architectural moments down to the hardware and plumbing fixtures, feels considered.

What's Next for The Timeless Revival?

We’re getting closer and closer to the finish line, and it’s incredibly exciting to watch this project evolve with every phase of construction.

The tile is in, the cabinetry and countertops are coming together, lighting is being installed, and all of those carefully selected finishes and details are beginning to live together in the home.

There is still plenty to reveal, and we can’t wait to share the finished spaces with you.

Stay tuned for the next Timeless Revival update and, of course, the full reveal. We have so many beautiful details still to show you.
